The cost of the both events will be $50.00 single and $75.00 double, Meet and Greet ONLY will be $15.00. Please enclose FULL payment with completed form below and return by MAY 01, 2005. Cheques and/or money orders can be made payable to PWC 1985 Reunion Committee.

PWC 20 year reunion T-shirts may be pre-ordered and picked up at the meet and greet for a cost of $15.00 each. Please indicate size and quantity below:

Any money raised above the actual cost of the event will be donated to Prince of Wales Collegiate scholarship fund on behalf of the Graduating Class of 1985. We look forward to hearing from you!
